Our Multi Cut-to-Length Lines (MBL) are designed to transform the main coil sheet into neatly packaged stacks by simultaneously slitting and cutting to length. These lines add value to your production processes with the following superior features:
Integrated Flattening and Slitting:
Our PLC controlled Precision Hydraulic Flattening unit and advanced CNC Slitting unit completely eliminate form defects in the material, providing flawless flatness and geometric tolerance. At the same time, they offer very fast transitions between different cutting sizes.
High-Speed Precision:
Our servo-driven feeding systems can reach up to 100 strokes per minute, minimizing waste while providing high production capacity and consistent length precision in every cut.
Fast Separator and CNC Blade Change:
Our lines, designed to maximize your operational efficiency, feature fast blade and separator changing systems that eliminate waiting times between orders.
Narrow Tolerance Cuts:
They allow you to obtain first-class quality plates with ideal flatness, clean edges, and camber (curvature) tolerance close to zero, suitable for subsequent bending and shaping processes.

Although our MBL lines are structurally similar to standard cut-to-length lines, the biggest difference is the integrated CNC slitting, burr winder, and the added Squaring unit. When these units are not in use, the line can also operate like a normal cut-to-length line.
